Licensees will purchase unassembled components directly from FootWhere-USA Group and under a contractual agreement guarantee quality assembly, authenticity of soil specimen and other prerequisites outlined in the agreement. All licensees will be protected as a division of FootWhere-USA Group, Inc, and will enjoy exclusivity in designated region. Each licensee will carry a separate title and expense performance and would operate as an independent entity.

FootWhere-USA Group will manufacture and supply all component parts, provide technical training, merchandising counsel, advertising and promotional services at a minimal expense.
