TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Minimum quantity for custom orders: 2 gross (288 pieces). Up to six (6) images acceptable.

Soil/sand and artwork must be supplied for all custom orders. Set-up charges (front & back) are $35.00 per image.

As a general rule, 2 to 3 weeks is the normal production cycle for all production orders. All orders are acknowledged reflecting the current production cycle and anticipated production date.

Custom production orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid upon delivery unless otherwise specified. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or company checks are accepted.

F.O.B. our factory via UPS or FedEx Ground. Freight charges are not included.
